How to WASTE 1.2 Billion and gain control of several cities. LRT.

A Brooklyn Park socialist group hosted a forum about how to waste a billion dollars on Bottineau LRT. It was pure socialist, SJW garbage.

 A representative from Hennepin County and a “community organizer” from NEXUS, Larry Hiscock spewed. Hiscock gave us all a 30 min lecture on social engineering, institutional and structural racism, healthcare disparities, income disparities, social mobility, shared destiny, red lining from the 30’s -70’s, economic inclusion, job equity, reducing avoidable differences in health equity, lifespan disparities, and layered on the guilt with a front end loader. Nothing about transportation. Everything about hijacking hundreds of millions of dollars.

Now I know why Mayor Jeff Lunde is such a pimp for LRT. It’s estimated that the spend for the blue line will be at least 1.2 billion of Fed and Met Council money, of which 500 million is expected to be spent on 5 stations in Brooklyn Park. The corrupt socialists controlling the money plan on controlling all development and infrastructure in a 1/2 mile radius (1 mile diameter) around every station. This is pure social engineering BS, and very little about transportation. Buses would provide much better service, but they don’t want buses, they want control.

Hiscock said that people of color and the poor don’t attend community meetings and forums to discuss their needs “because they have so many issues”. This must be his attempt to explain why it’s always white SJW like himself and government officials who show up to pimp the projects.

All this will do is give the Federal Government and Met Council total control over everything that happens in the LRT station areas and build endless sinkholes of spending into their budgets.
